This has led to the team’s decision to put 2021 sixth-round pick, Jaylen Twyman, on waivers. This move was expected as Twyman was shot four times in June. While his injuries aren’t considered serious, and Twyman is expected to make a full recovery, the Vikings have been expected to put him on the NFI list (reserve/non-football injury). In order to do that, Twyman first must clear waivers.
