The Vigilance police on Thursday intercepted Debiprasad Mohanty, Superintendent, Odisha State Warehousing Corporation (OSWC), Nahantara, Nimapada in Puri district with cash of Rs 2.14 lakh, which he could not account for satisfactorily.
