Dr Shetty’s Cosmetic Centre in Rajajinagar, which has come under the scanner for the death of 21-year-old Kannada actress Chethana Raj on the operating table, has a polyclinic licence that does not permit performing surgeries, revealed to the state health department on Wednesday.
