The Conway Planning Commission gave its blessing on Jan. 4 to a pair of development projects — one large and one small — advancing them to the city council for consideration with a positive recommendation. The Tributary Development could include 1,400 to 1,800 single-family homes, townhomes and duplexes, plus commercial businesses and a small heavy-industrial zone, on 486 acres.
