ST. JOHNSBURY –– A 23-year-old Barton resident was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and violation of court-ordered conditions following a traffic stop on Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury on Thursday. The Vermont State Police reported that Andrew Baird was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation. During the stop, troopers noticed several indicators of
