Share Annual National Reading Day event to be held virtually Tue, 9 March 2021 Minister of Education, Youth and Sport Hang Chuon Naron called on students and all book lovers to celebrate Cambodia’s National Reading Day on March 11. Due to Covid-19, festivities will be held online this year during Book Week. Naron said that those interested will be able to find discount deals on books and get the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge from experts. The education ministry announced on March 9 that this national reading day – the sixth annual day so designated – would have the theme of “reading in the context of Covid-19”.
