The Kettering-born boss has worked wonders with Burnley after getting them promoted to the Premier League in 2017. Dyche guided the Clarets to a 16th placed finish in his first season in the top flight before an unforgettable seventh place in 2018. And while things have not got better than that since, he is widely regarded as a manager who is punching above his weight with the Lancashire side. Another season in the Premier League awaits next season after staving off the threat of relegation with one of the league’s smallest budgets.
