This guide will help you resolve issues with downloading an edition 2 February 2021 • 8:05am If you’re having trouble downloading an edition on the Telegraph app, please try the following: Check if you have a working internet connection. Try opening up a web page on your browser to see if it loads. If not, try switching the WiFi off and then on again on your smart device. Check you are logged in. You can log in using either your email address and password or your TS number and postcode if you are a Print subscriber.
