The Bharatiya Janata Party has promised to set up a special investigation team to probe question paper leaks scam, domestic cylinder at Rs 450 for Ujwala beneficiaries, and free education for girls till post-graduation in the poll manifesto for Rajasthan, released on Thursday. Assembly elections will be held in the state on November 25.
