Ltd., the distributor of German skincare brand SebaMed’s products in the country, from running advertisements that Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) alleges disparage its products. HUL, the maker of personal care products, including Lux, Dove and Pears, had approached the court to restrain USV from publishing and airing advertisements which, it alleged, claim that SebaMed’s products are superior. USV takes care of distribution and marketing for SebaMed in India.
