Jermaine Hoskins was left without a home after flooding left his home at Lafayette Gardens, and his newly purchased vehicle, unusable. His hotel voucher was only valid through Thursday.
Standing among hundreds of other people gathered at a local resource center to get assistance on Tuesday, Hoskins lamented that not much had changed for him in the week since flooding at his condo left him without a home.
"We're still on first base," he said.
About 30 different agencies gathered at the Keystone Elementary School in Bristol Township Tuesday to help those in need. But for some residents, it wasn't enough.
