Huntsville man faces reckless murder charges after fatal shooting Updated Apr 20, 2021; A man is dead following a Monday night shooting in Huntsville, and an 18-year-old man faces charges in connection with the incident. Huntsville police Lt. Jesse Sumlin said Vincent Harmon has been arrested for reckless murder. The victim’s identity has not yet been released pending family notification. According to police, investigators were called to Huntsville Hospital about 8 p.m. Monday after the victim showed up at the hospital with a life-threatening injury. Sumlin said the person was shot during an act where Harmon was aware his actions could cause bodily harm. The victim was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
