During their March board meeting, the Hutchinson Community College Board of Trustees voted to increase tuition at the college. This slight jump in tuition and fees will take place during the 2021-22 academic year. Tuition will increase by $2 per credit hour. There will be no increase in fees. If a student takes 15 credit hours per semester, it will cost that student an increase of $30 per semester, or $60 per year. The board anticipates there may be federal aid to help students offset the cost of this tuition increase. The board also received its annual audit of its financial statements from independent auditor Swindoll, Janzen, Hawk & Loyd.
