Initially closed last Tuesday from Ragged Point in the south to Fullers Point in the north, the southern closure is being moved up to Willow Creek Road and the northern closure is being moved down to South Coast Center. During last week's rainstorms, a debris flow washed out a section of the highway near Rat Creek, leaving a 150-foot chasm in the roadway. The area is below the Dolan Fire burn scar.
