I Block Party Free admission! Join the festivities at the 36th Annual I Block Party taking place this year on Labor Day, Monday September 4th from noon-6pm in front of Los Bagels in Arcata. It is a fun-for-the-whole-family event to benefit Arcata’s sister city Camoapa, Nicaragua.
