ICC to open office in Sudan as Darfur trials inch closer : v

Sudan and the ICC sign a cooperation deal, a step further towards the extradition of Omar al-Bashir who faces trial for genocide in the Darfur conflict. ICC chief prosecutor Karim Khan said plans were underway for The Hague-based court to open an office in Sudan.
