IFP Impact: Nongin habitat Razai Khullen to be declared 'Com

A four-member team, including a reporter of the Imphal Free Press and three wildlife photographers had rediscovered Nongin (the state bird of Manipur) in Razai Khullen, Ukhrul district on July 19.
