Courtesy #DStv403 DURBAN - An ANC mayor in the Umkhanyakude District in northern KwaZulu-Natal is refusing to vacate the position after being voted out. That's according to the IFP which says it’s taken the matter to the Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs department in the province. Solomon Mkhombo was voted out when the IFP tabled a motion of no confidence against him.
