IIOBC concludes Dawson Creek RCMP not at fault after truck crash injures two women

Police say the driver failed to pull over after an officer attempted a traffic stop. The officer didn’t pursue the vehicle.
Minutes later, the truck crashed through a Fitness 4 Life wall injuring two women inside.
Police are still searching for the suspect they believe to be the driver of a vehicle. A warrant was issued for Derrick Turner at the beginning of April.
Derrick Turner, 38, has formally been charged with:
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Causing Bodily Injury
Leave the Scene of Accident
