ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan on Tuesday widened the scope of investigation of illegal foreign funding collected by political parties, Dunya News reported. According to sources, the Election Commission of Pakistan has issued notices to heads of 19 political parties including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). Sources also informed that notices were also issued to heads of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), JUI-F, MQM-Pakistan, GDA, TLP, JWP, National Party and few other political parties.
