Says project finance discussions are at an advanced stage with "a very reputable Botswana-based entity". Says its proposal was seen positively by the potential investor. Phase one will require around USD10 million, with phase two, which is the final phase, requiring USD20 million. Says Botswana's Department of Environmental Affairs has approved the environmental impact statement for the company's Boomslang project, also in Botswana.
