In January, govt pushed poll bond sale 'closer' to N-E elect

The Electoral Bonds Scheme has 10-day windows for sale each in January, April, July and October, besides 15- and 30-day additional windows during the year of the Assembly polls and the Lok Sabha elections, respectively.
