India's personal computer market is expected to witness a sluggish year in 2023, with estimated shipments of 12-13 million units, down from 14.8 million in 2022 and 2021, according to International Data Corporation (IDC). The market experienced a boost in July-September 2023 due to brands hoarding inventory before the government's announcement of mandatory import licenses for PCs.
