India reported a tad higher 43,733 new cases in last 24 hours. Active Caseload declined to 4,59,920 and active cases constitute 1.5% of total cases. There were 2,97,99,534 total recoveries across the country so far while 47,240 patients were recovered during last 24 hours. Daily recoveries continued to outnumber the Daily New Cases for the 55th consecutive day. The recovery rate increased to 97.18%. Weekly positivity rate remains below 5%, currently at 2.39% and daily positivity rate is at 2.29%, less than 3% for 16 consecutive days. Testing capacity was substantially ramped up with 42.33 cr tests totally conducted. Meanwhile, 36.13 Cr. vaccine doses were administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
