View Comments MANSFIELD - A 34-year-old city man could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted of raping a girl under age 10. Andrew Daugherty has been indicted on two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, two counts of gross sexual imposition and four counts of endangering children. The Richland County Prosecutor's Office released details Wednesday about the April sessions of the grand jury. First Assistant Prosecutor Jodie Schumacher said the alleged sexual offenses happened between February 2016 and February 2019. The endangering children charges refer to the girl and other children, Schumacher said, and happened between February 2016 and July 2020.
