Insurers in South Korea see 163% surge in net profit : vimar

Data from the South Korean Financial Supervisory Service showed that nonlife and life insurers in South Korea reported a 163% year-on-year surge in combined net profit to 3.87 trillion South Korean won ($3.43 billion) in the first quarter despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
