Interest growing in creating backyard, secondary suites in H

Sean Kirkwood and Oliver Nemeskeri of Sprout Dwellings took inspiration for their business in part from a renovated 120-year-old carriage house in Nemeskeri's backyard. The business partners have been using the structure as a work space during the pandemic, but Nemeskeri's family also enjoys using the space on the weekends.(Kelly Clark)
