Intesa Sanpaolo Croatian unit postpones shareholder meeting on planned delisting PBZ bank ZAGREB (Croatia), December 10 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) [ZSE:PBZ-R-A], part of Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, said on Thursday it postponed an extraordinary shareholders meeting that was due to vote on its planned delisting from the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE). The bank's management decided to postpone the meeting scheduled for December 29, PBZ said in a statement, without providing a new date for the meeting. The lender said last month that apart from the delisting, the shareholders will also vote on authorising the management to buy out the shares of those who vote against the delisting decision.
