Given the way motorists roar along Parkcrest Avenue, it's a miracle none of the four teens hit by an SUV driver was killed, parents and police said Monday. "We see people go up and down Parkcrest all the time. It's the drunken highway," said Nadia Tahara. "They don't slow down and there's kids everywhere. They're always on bikes, running. They are everywhere." Tahara's daughter, Victoria, 12, was playing with the group of six young people about an hour before the blue Jeep Cherokee sped from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints parking lot and skidded into them Sunday night.
