Job Description • To lead cross-functional initiatives in department to proactively prevent fraud and implement changes that can better detect and/or deter future fraud activities. • To coordinate with internal and external auditors and with Group Revenue Assurance and Fraud teams to provide required information. • To plan, direct, coordinate and support such other revenue assurance activities as may be directed by Senior Manager - Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management. • To manage the team and activities in order to meet fraud reduction targets set by the business and MTN Group. • To research, propose the management and implement industry best practices for fraud prevention and detection.
