Job Description Team Management: Works with Brand and other marketing team member to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams Cross Functional Collaboration: Full collaboration with media, account and creative team in order to execute the plans much more efficient and inline with brand strategy Routine market visit to be done by him/her and his/her team Routine meetings with sales team to finalize a rolling 3 months plan for marketing and Trade marketing Routine meeting with R&D and production department in order to run the new product projects Data analysis: Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
