Despite almost being canceled due to the pandemic, the annual Wabasha St. Patrick's Parade drew crowds of participants and spectators on Saturday.

WABASHA — Three-year-old Helena Lachapelle-Sterumski was in the right place on Saturday to spot something at a parade that almost didn’t happen.
“That’s the Irish flag,” she shouted joyously as people gathered at Wabasha’s Heritage Park prepared for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
