SUNFLOWERS in memory of those who have been loved and lost are to appear in the grounds of Chester Cathedral. The Hospice of the Good Shepherd, based in Backford, has launched its annual Flower Appeal, for local people to remember the life of someone special at Chester Cathedral. For the past two years, the Hospice of the Good Shepherd has raised thousands of pounds from their Forget Me Not and Dedicate A Daisy appeals. This year, the hospice has commissioned a limited number of beautifully handcrafted and unique iron sunflowers that can be dedicated in memory of someone special or to show support for the work the hospice provides.
