If you knock on the door, even during business hours, no one is likely to answer. The door will probably be locked. Mad Burger, which opens Friday, is a place where you can get specialty hamburgers, a hot chicken sandwich and a few other items. But it’s not your ordinary restaurant. It’s not even an ordinary takeout place.
