J&K Stall At ITM Lucknow Evokes Keen Response From Tour Operators, Intending Tourists
The three-day tourism event was inaugurated by Principal Secretary, Tourism & Culture, Uttar Pradesh, Mukesh Kumar Meshram and is closing by tomorrow.
A large number of visitors who visited the J&K stall evinced keen interest in the tourism products on display and enquired about the most sought after destinations like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Yousmarg, Patnitop, Mansar, Bhaderwah, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi ji and  Katra.
The J&K Tourism Department delegation comprising Dy Director, Tourism, Kashmir, Ahsanul Haq Chishti and Deputy General Manager, JKTDC, Ashwini Gupta briefed the visitors, particularly travel operators about the activities undertaken by the Tourism Department in reviving back tourism in the backdrop of COVID-19 pandemic.
