Jeep Stuck on Spillway 7:31 pm Police say a Las Vegas man is facing drunken driving charges after his jeep ended up in the spillway of the Cold Stream Dam in Philipsburg Friday. According to state police, 50 year old Michael Rebo is facing charges related to DUI, trespassing, careless driving and driving with a suspended license. Troopers say they were called to Cold Stream Dam early Friday morning and arrived to find a jeep sitting in the middle of the spillway with Rebo passed out inside. According to state police, troopers and crews from Hope Fire Company were able to pull Rebo from the jeep and return him to land.
