Jersey City BOE names Lyons president, Verdibello and Ioffe

The Jersey City Board of Education chose Gerald Lyons as their new President at their reorganization meeting. Younass Barkouch, Paula Jones-Watson, and Natalia Ioffe, who won seats on the School Board in November, were sworn in.
