Samuel Strait, 31, appeared before 8th Judicial District Court Judge Daniel McDonald Tuesday afternoon months after his attorney, Troy Krenning, filed a motion stating Strait wished to explore the potential of withdrawing his guilty plea from November; he previously plead guilty to distribution of fentanyl resulting in death, a class 1 drug felony.
