Juvenile detained for shooting at MLK Center See Also Shooting near Martin Luther King Recreational Center leaves one injured SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A juvenile has been detained in connection with the shooting that happened at the Martin Luther King Center on Wednesday, according to South Bend Police. When police arrived to the center around 8:30 p.m., they located a woman with gunshot wounds. She was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
