The audit report on the K6.2 billion Covid plunder under the watch of President Lazarus Chakwera has faulted the presidential taskforce on Covid failing “in its duties to act on the procurement of personal protective equipemtn (PPEs) of K850,000,000.00 by the Ministry of Health and Central Medical Stores Trust.
