According to an official announcement, outdoor space in Downtown Kalamazoo will be utilized for in-person activity under CDC guidelines, while virtual performances will be streamed online and through the Public Media Network. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. NYE and runs until 12 a.m., with performance timeslots set for a half hour each. Organizers of the event from the Kalamazoo Experiential Learning Center are still encouraging participants to patronize local businesses and enjoy light displays while visiting downtown.
