ASTANA. Feb 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhtelecom JSC, the national communication operator of Kazakhstan, plans to complete in the next three to four months the deal to sell Mobile Telecom-Service, a mobile operator in the republic, Kazakhtelecom CEO Kuanyshbek Yesekeyev said.
