With nearly 3,000 members from over 80 countries, Ken's session "How Radio Rose to the Coronavirus Challenge" will take participants on a journey around the world to share some of his favorite entries from the Facebook group he created, "Coronavirus Radio Ideas." Without a playbook to refer to since COVID 19 struck, Benson created the group with the goal of establishing a hub where stations could share and exchange ideas covering everything from programming to podcasting, promotion to marketing, sales to social media and more.
