Kevin Bacon’s friends to paint iconic Flint Rock in his memory one year after death Updated Dec 23, 2020; Facebook Share FLINT, MI -- It has been almost a year since Kevin Bacon’s death and his loved ones want to keep his memory alive. All are welcome to join, said Bacon’s friend Tiara Hill. This is the second time a group has painted the rock in memory of Bacon. Bacon’s death still doesn’t feel real, Hill said. “It’s like you know it’s there but I don’t really feel like he’s gone,” she said. “I just think about him so much. I think about him almost every day. I have his picture sitting on my desk at work. I’m working from home so he’s always there with me. It doesn’t feel real. It doesn’t make sense honestly. "
