Hurricane marco was downgraded to a Tropical Storm overnight but the storm is expected to make landfall in louisiana this evening with a storm surge of up to six feet. Tropical storm laura isnt far behind. Its already left a trail of destruction across parts of the caribbean and could hit the texas louisiana coastline wednesday as a powerful hurricane. This new video shows a waterspout forming near the louisiana coastline sunday ahead of marco. States of emergency have been declared, and authorities are warning residents that they may not have enough time between the storms to conduct search and rescues. Reporter but the real concern comes as laura seen here from above comes barreling in behind marco expected to slam into the louisiana coast as at least a category 2 hurricane bringing more than a foot of rain and a devastating storm surge along with it.
