Kings of Leon Recorded shortly before the pandemic hit and shut everything down, When You See Yourself, the latest effort from indie rockers Kings of Leon, sounds particularly prescient. Album opener "When You See Yourself, Are You Far Away?" speaks to the album's theme about wanting to connect with others. Tunes such as the careening "The Bandit," a song inspired by singer-songwriters such as Willie Nelson and Townes Van Zandt, and the shimmering "Stormy Weather" keep more to the tried-and-true Kings of Leon formula. Tonight's show starts at 7:30 at Blossom. Check the Live Nation website for ticket prices.
