Kiran Mazumdar Shaw: After Covid, we need to use the same Rs

Other than Rs 35,000 crore Covid, Rs 64,000 crore is to be spent over six years on health infra. Together it is about Rs 100,000 crore. This is an indicator of how much extra is now going to be the new normal, says Biocon executive chairperson.
