It's been three long years since notoriously private singer Lorde last posted on her own Instagram account. 
And fans were absolutely delighted when the Royals hitmaker, 24, made a surprise return to social media on Tuesday. 
Lorde, whose real name is Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor, looked effortlessly chic in a silk button-up blouse while pictured at a restaurant with a martini in her hand.
