By midafternoon today, 285,000 homes and businesses across louisiana were still without power. But it was the rain, torrents of rain, that triggered widespread flooding, worse than residents tell us they expected. 5 to 7 inches recorded in New Orleans. Some pockets seeing up to 8 inches of rain. The rapid flooding leaving many people trapped, forcing some urgent rescues. The remnants of the storm moving inland now but still dangerous, as Kathy Park reports.
