We will see the wind easing in the lower elevations but still strong in the Higher Elevations. That is why there will be a red flag warning for the diablo range and the north hills until 5 00 p. M. Tuesday. A wind advisory for the entire bay area and tell 11 00 a. M. We could see downed trees and power lines with the strong winds. This diablo wind event is because of the northerly to northeasterly winds funneling down the mountain slopes.
